Overlooking West Bay, this expansive estate presented an opportunity to unify the landscape through thoughtful renovation and restoration. MainStay led the landscape design, build, and ongoing maintenance, including a full driveway renovation that replaced the original brick with chip seal and the integration of existing bluestone throughout the property. New landscape lighting and irrigation support both function and longevity, while the coastal bank was carefully restored with 35,000 bluegrass culms, reinforcing the natural shoreline and preserving the character of the site.
